For many years I have enjoyed meals and social experiences at The Plantation House Restaurant in Kapalua, Maui, HI. The food, service, and ambiance are incredible. What people don't know is this is also a FANTASTIC spot for events, meetings, and celebrations (yep, including weddings). The view is just spectacular. Last night the Maui Wedding Association held a seminar in the Grille Room, which is a perfect, intimate space for events and meetings. Our evening began with sunset pupus (I loved the calamari, humus platter, and eggrolls) and cocktails (the pina colada is amazing!) overlooking the golf course and ocean. After taking in the breathtaking views, it was meeting time. There is a separate bar in the Grille Room, so we never needed to interact with the restaurant.
